Description:

As Unfallen: If you create a fleet with hero + vineship and you start to enwine a system then you cannot move the hero ship after unmerging as it will say "your fleet is entwining... ", but it is possible to move the vineship. 

Steps to reproduce:

1 Create fleet with hero ship + vineship

2 Move to new system

3 Start to entwine

4 Wait one turn

5 Unmerge hero and vineship

6 Try to move the hero ship (this will not work)

7 Try to move vineship (this will work)

Expected behaviour

It should be possible to unmerge the hero ship (or any other ships) from the fleet that has a vineship in progress of entwining, and then be able to move the unmerged ships.

It should not be possible to move the vineship while the entwining is in progress

I can confirm this problem. 

It was present in the previous Build.
