When doing ground invasion using the blitz tactic, I would expect my maximum deployed to be increased by 30% like it says. In a recent battle I took out my calculator and found out that i deployed exactly 140 infantry, that's -exactly- the 700 manpower i'm already allowed. The only visible effect of using that tactic is losing more troop due to the health penalty.

I would not doubt this. I will doublecheck the calcs later also as well.

To be brutally honest, this game is so chock-full of incorrect calculations, broken laws, and bugs I've found in the XML -- that I'm too disgusted to even play anymore. Between basic game functions not working correctly to disastrous bugs (like the save issue), I can't even enjoy it anymore. I've completely lost the drive to report the XML bugs I find, too.

It's like buying a flea-ridden dog. It's cute, and you want to pet and play with it, but I just can't without feeling dirty. 

Releasing the game in this state is downright scandalous.
