Summary: AI [re]captured planet with influence while in a state of war. 

Description: The offending AI in the save is the red AI player, Sophon. This turn, I invaded their capital planet. Not five seconds later, in the same turn, I'm alerted that they recaptured their planet with influence. In the diplomatic screen, they show as at war. I know, because I had to declare war before I could lay siege. I immediately saved, quit, and came here. This AI is in an alliance with another AI (purple), and their diplomatic behavior has been horrifying throughout the entire game. For nearly 150 turns, they greeted and offered me an alliance at every turn. They responded to everything I did. In a way I'm glad for this bug, because it motivated me to start another game instead of slogging through that.

Reproducibility: Unclear; this is the first time I've had this one.

Expected Behavior: AI unable to perform influence capture while at war with the controller of the planet. AI to learn after a hundred refusals and counter-offers for their entire resource and planet list, that maybe I don't want to ally with them.

Version: 1.0.25 Steam preview, though I started the game in the prior "production" version.

I saw something similar.  I think there needs to be a minimum amount of time of immunity to influence recaptures.

1. I was Unfallen, entwined an empty system
2. I joined an alliance 
3. My alliance member populated the system 
4. I was turns away from winning via wonder...
5. So for fun, I asked my alliance member to give me the planet  
6. Alliance member agreed - The planet was mine!
7. Within the same turn, it was taken right back because of influence
