Savegames created after specific turn doesn't load.

Description

Game continues normal after turn 264, but loading of savegames created after this turn gets stuck.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load "AutoSave 301" (turn 264).
2. Proceed to the next turn, and save game.
3. Try to load this newly created save game, and get stuck at the loading screen.

Or

1. Try to load "Sophons - temp2" (turn 265), and get stuck at the loading screen.

Also, another bug: look at the wrong galaxy generation on left-down corner, where 3 AI players started on "island" consisting only of 3 systems.
