  • Summary / Title: The Vodyani suddenly started growing borders far too fast.
  • Description:  The Vodyani within the last 10 turns started growing borders at an insane rate.
  • Steps to Reproduce:  check the save file
  • Reproducibility: 5/5
  • Expected Behavior: borders to grow at a normal pace.
  • Version: 1.0.20 S5 gold public
  • Notes: This game has been extremely buggy. Stuff like when I had a population of almost 150, i got the award for having over 60 population. None of the awards were correct.

This is caused by their hero "Daro St Taiage" who is assigned to Sabel (their capital) having the skill "Infallible Authority" (see below image) so they are currently generating 5.5K influence in that system and a total of 9.5K overall this skill is currently broken, it is fixed in the G2G Balance mod.


The Award for having over 60 population has to be unlocked technologically before it can be achieved, did you get it just after unlocking it ?

Yes I can see from your screen shots that the hero is at level 42, with this skill it would add 42 Food, Industry, Science, Dust & Influence Per population on all systems and 210 of each per population in your capital.

Yes, I'm sure. Others have noticed too (see below). It's possible it's also in the preview patch but it is most definitely in the mod files.

EDIT: I went in-game and double checked and it's actually nerfed in this mod, the "per hero level" value seems to be gone and now it's flat +4 FIDSI per pop on system and +1 FIDSI per pop on senate. Wasn't in the mod's release notes though so you might want to add that.

This explains a lot. So far I have never seen the vodyani do anything as their AI is extremely broken. I had the really help them this game to see them survive.


The awards were extremely late. I was very surprised when they showed up at the end of the game.
