Started a game as the Unfallen vs UE. Endless time, smallest possible Ring galaxy. On the first turn, I investigated an anomaly on a toxic planet in my starting system twice, one discovered a guardian and I don't recall the other. Then I sent my colony ship towards a nearby star and the game crashed.
