• They are nowhere to be seen on the map until i propose Map Sharing diplomacy. Thank god they accepted. Now the only problem is I can't reach it. (https://imgur.com/nUw1Oaq)

This is weird because I already have the necessary tech. I recognize the system as 'lore' system for Cravers to do their lore quests.  I believe this is a bug.

I just had this exact same issue as I was planning to do the exact same thing as the OP and get an Elimination Victory.  Infinite Factory was invisible even though I had sent probes there.  Map sharing revealed it.  

Subsequent turns never show the ability to capture the system with influence.

Save:  AutoSave 24080.sav

As the game progressed, suddenly a Wasp fleet appeared there.  I killed it and then could capture the system with Influence, though I couldn't invade.  Got Elimination Victory finally.
