I play one game with map generating seed 0 after using certain seed number (I want to test if it will generate absolutely same map with minor civs)

I dont know if I set the wrong game setting but even I set all normal it still fail.

About reproduce : I have encounter this problem many times in a row.

I wonder if I just reinstall would solve this problem?

I activated two Mod named "Sandbox Mod" and "No small system" and it can start again with Mod.

then I switch back to vanilla and it can run again...

solved.

But maybe is the generate seed cant generate same map without Mod?

Or its about switch Mod and use generating seed's interaction Bug... still wish to sloved this.
