Recieved new quest "Riftborn blues - part 2". Need increase system level of Leran

but... Leran have max system level. I can't perform this quest

Steps to Reproduce: complete "Riftborns blues - part 1"

Version: 1.2.23 S5 Gold-Public

But you shoulden't take this quest so.... late? whenever i get the quest my system is level 2,1... or even 3 in rare cases. did you played the game on slow/ endless speed and because of that you had enough time to upgrade your system that much before you get the quest?

Also, instead of making a bug report whit this... i believe the best option is to take avoid such phenomenon happen. Try to upgrade Leran system (in which i believe the system targeted by this quest must always be your home system ((im not sure of it)) ) very few until you get that quest, avoiding yourself of upgrading it to the max level. the less you upgrade it before the quest arrives, the better. As you know you will always have that quest triggered, in one way or another, i'd recommend you to upgrade only a few the specific system targeted by the quest. 

That way the bug doens't happen! also i believe the bug happned because the quest is... "adaptive", that means, the higher your X (Target) system level is, the higher will be the system level requeired to finish the quest. if you are at max well... don't really expect finishing the quest man :/ 

Try avoiding it by leveling those systems a bit less. Maybe it helps! :)

I played for Sophons and captured Riftborn's 4 planets. But Leran was United Empire's primary system ("Raia" planet) and haven't riftborn population (look 3rd screen) =)

No, the best way is to report the bug! How else will they get fixed?

Well... maybe you are right. but Until  the bug fix happens, this is the best action to take, i believe.

But wait... did you said this quest triggered on a specific system you just conquered, united empire home system instead of your home system? then yep, this is a bug. 

3 years and still not fixed... well done G2G. Playing as UE, captured a Riftborn planet, already nearly maxed, got the quest. It's impossible to not get it or to abandon it. I'm not going to vacate the planet and resettle it just to get this done.
