I don't know if this was mentioned before, but:

1. "Preserve the Academy" quest is bugged to the point that there are no rebel vodyani ships on the map and by the end of 20th turn academy is destroyed, without a single rebel fleet reaching it.

2. Riftborn AI can colonize planets inside enemy territory without colonizaation ships, on one turn the planet INSIDE my controlled space is empty, on the next turn there is an outpost, no ships, no nothing, just pop and here it is.

3. Riftborn ships ignore "Close borders" treaty, they can freely travel betwen my planets even though i forbid them to

thanks and by the way, while you're trying to figure out whats going on, could you please check why diplomatic messages states one thing like: i gave another empire a system and received a message with heart icon and a "thanks", but the audio was if i betrayed my ally, the faction leader was very angry. it happens all the time, i don't know what the problem is. some factions ask for help, but they sound like they declaring war

ok i've figured something out. it appears that if your controlled space is over another empire, it can colonize planets inside your controlled space. is this intentional?
