For some reason I can not build AI labor on my home system in my last game with Vodyani, although I have the technology and have/can build it on other systems.  

I played this game together with a friend. He is playing Vaulter's. I'm playing Vodyani.

We played on the most recent patch.

Do you have any hot or sterile planets in that home system?

I had a look at your save, but I had no problem queuing/building the AI Labor. Could you give us more details about what happened? Was the AI Labor visible in the buildable improvements or not at all? Was it greyed out? Was it queuable but never complete?

I simply hadn't colonized the sterile planets in the system, yet.

In that case this whole thread was pointless.
