Vodyani and minor civs - leeching, brainwashing, and assimilation bugs

First off have to say love the game and love playing the Vodyani. Have over 1800+ hours in them and loving it!

Some bugs I have noticed that seem to come from the latest patch 1.3.27:

1. If another civ has influence over a minor civ and (presumably) doesn't have enough influce to assimilate (due to being early turns in the game - say around 18-20) and I kill off said civ the game immediately assimilates the minor civ and gives it to the civ I tried to kill off. Is this normal? If they didn't have the influence to assimilate in the first place then how is this possible?

2. I have my leechers on a minor civ doing their dirty work. I also have spent influence in them so that I start heading towards suzerian status of them. Once the status bar gets to about 1/4 to 1/2 way and I get the notification that the minor civ is giving me most of their goods my leechers are not able to leech anymore. Not until I become suzerian of them am I able to leech again. Very annoying.

3. Not sure if this is a bug or not but once I brainwash minor civs and have them under my control I've had instances where some of them have become assimilated by other civs (not by war as I have them guarded). How is this possible since I had them brainwashed? Every once in a while I will get messages that I have become suzerian of a minor civ that I was already suzerian of (and is currently brainwashed). Why is that happening? When I check the minor civ screen the quest to assimilate is available again instead of being greyed out since they were brainwashed.

4. You have made the Vodyani unstoppable with the new patch 1.3.27 (if played correctly). They are WAY too powerful. You gave me food early game which then means I have manpower = death to all early game. I usually have 2-4 civs wiped out by turn 40. Giving them 2 leechers to start with means I have second ark way early in the game when then lays waste to any close civs while at the same time gaining 3rd ark short time later to further add to the carnage. Giving me access to Applied Casimir Effect in level 3 tech means my games are pretty much over before turn 100 because I have over 15 arks out there laying waste to everything. Turning into not so challenging anymore (and I'm playing serious difficulty).

Some of these bugs are known to us, but I'd still like to ask you to provide any save games you may have of them, so we have more data to go on when examining them.

Is there any particular way to send these saved games and who to send to? I'm playing a game currently and will be able to reproduce these bugs reported (have the autosaves set to 20 so I can grab an autosave the turn before a bug happened).

Here are 4 save games showing the assimilation bug in action. Once again a text file is included detailing what I saw.

Synopsis:

Turn 35 Andromeda is under my control and I'm their ally (completed quest some turns ago)

Turn 36 it says I'm now the sovereign of Andromeda and the quest to assimilate is available (again!)

Turn 37 It says nobody is Andromeda's ally even though they are converted. The quest to assimilate is still active.

Turn 38 Now it says their ally is me again. What is going on?

I've also noticed that my leechers will spontaneously stop leeching on their own sometimes. Don't recall that ever happening either. Haven't put my finger on what could be the possible cause(s) yet.

And here is the kill of civ assimilate minor civ bug I was talking about.

Synopsis:

It's turn 46 and I'm just about ready to kill off the Sophons (Hissho are long gone and eye set on Cravers next). I purposely didn't assimilate Arcturus just to show this kill off civ assimilate minor civ bug. Currently I'm at 92 diplomatic relation with Arcturus and gaining +1/turn. Their ally is the Sophons.
Proceed with the ground invasion of Spica killing off the Sophons. Once they are killed off the game will assimilate Arcturus to the Sophons thus keeping them in the game. If the Sophons had enough influence to assimilate them before being killed off why didn't they? This seems like they didn't
have enough influence to assimilate and there is a bug in giving it to them once killed off.
If I was the ally of Arcturus then the Sophons wouid have died off like they should have.

After checking with the Game Designers, the first issue is working as intended: You are not meant to leech off your friends.

I have reported the other two, though.
