Anomaly tool tips missing FIDSI modifiers

Upon starting the game it was apparent that the tool tips were not showing the complete information on the anomalies present on the home world. See pictures below. 

1. Game was saved.
2. Different save was opened and same effect observed.
3. Game closed down and restarted.
4. Save opened up and tool tips found to display completed information for anomalies.

Steps to reproduce = UNKNOWN

Sometimes this happens when I start a game up be it a new game or save file. Once it has happened though any other games i start or save files I open remains affected until i restart the game.

Expected Behaviour = I believe this to be self evident.

Thank you for the report. We're aware of the disappearing tooltips, but last I heard we have not yet found the root of the issue.

Can confirm this isn't an isolated incident.  I'm experiencing this as well at random times.
