Bandwidth for each transmigration beacon is +10 to the previous transmigration beacon cost with an initial cost of 10. If you remove a transmigration beacon the cost of transmigration beacon's you've already built doesn't decrease. So I've made three transmigration beacons. They cost 10, 20, and, 30 respectively. If I remove the 10 bandwidth beacon the 2nd beacon I made still uses 20 bandwidth. So to the 30 bandwidth cost beacon remains at 30 bandwidth.

Thank you for the report. We know about this issue, but I don't have any info on a fix at the moment.

Yeah I'm not surprised really. I feel like Endless Space 2 kind of got away from the development team and there's just too many interconnected systems now to bugfix things. Even balancing is a bit difficult as of a few months back the rifts could still be used to seriously over charge production.
