• Summary:    Mouse clicks for actions (moves, upgrades) have no effect
• Description:    At the start of a new turn (see attached autosave), left clicking or right clicking has no effect on units in the main screen (so I can't move ships or create fleets from newly built ships) or in the ship upgrade screen or in the hero skills screen (so I can't upgrade my heroes or ships). Clicking on the complete ship movement button has no effect, nor can I create fleets from the planet interface screen. Doesn't matter how many times I click!
• Steps to Reproduce:    Every time from the save game attached.
• Reproducibility:    5/5
• Expected Behaviour:    The actions I take.
• Version:    Latest with all DLC apart from Penumbra. No mods in effect.
• Notes:    Bug persists after verifying Steam files, but only within this saved game. If I start a new game with the same settings the interface responds correctly.

Sorry for necro.

But 2 years later and this mouse-click-bug still exist. 

It started happening when I forced Exclusive Fullscreen via Steam launch command: I have to click twice to get some commands to respond. And sometimes certain icons, like a hero ship in a fleet, sticks to the mouse cursor.

(Without Exclusive Fullscreen there is a constant micro stutter with capped 120 fps/uncapped 120-160 fps with a 160 hz gsync monitor, which I find very annoying. Either fix the fullscreen issue or the mouse issue. Would be awesome. Pls, thanks!)
