Hello,

Petrov initial ability says +10 Production per anomalies on colonized planet on system.

In my system I have a Barens planet that has two anomalies (that is also colonized) but I only get +10 Production from my Hero.  Is this a bug ?

I know I'm late to the party but "+10 per anomolies on planet" implies it takes into account the number of anomolies. If it was just if the planet has an anamoly it should be worded "+10 if anomoly on planet". As it makes clear that it doesn't take into account how many anomolies are on the planet. But given the consistancy of how often you'll find that statement made and how it works I'd say it's a translation error and not a bug.

I assume, that all similar working perks, abilities, bonuses are explained this way. 

Maybe this is just english dialect differences... You now old english, middle english, american english.... 

From some point of view it may be looking properly. But I am not a good judge here - english is not my native language :)

Which means it shold be read as

+10 Production per "anomalies on colonized planet" on system

instead of

+10 Production per anomalies, on colonized planet, on system
