Hmm. This happened again and it was at the time after finishing the construction of a colonizer. I went to upgrade it with a speed module and when I checked the Constuction Complete pop-up, it looked just like the original screen shot above. Has this been a long standing issue that you are well aware of?

I went to recreate it, and I could do so even when backing up a previous turn, but as you said, when I closed the program and restarted, I can't recreate the issue now.

I had to compress the Diagnostics file, so that's not a good sign. (It's only turn 7).

• Description: After completing a ship in the constuction queue, I get a blank Construction Queue pop-up even though there are other items currently queued.

This is an old bug, and yes, reloading won't fix it, only restarting the game.

Here's an additional time of it happening on a separate game. Same situation, 1) I produced a colonizer// 2) Went to the Military Status -> Ship Designs// 3) Changed out a 3 speed module with the hyperium 4 speed module// 4) Saved it// 5) Upgraded my new colonizer// 6) Checked the construction queue pop-up and it shows empty even though there are other things in the queue :
