If you can't attach the diagnostics file, it may be larger than the 4mb file size limit. When this happens, it usually means that the file is bloated with countless copies of the same error message, meaning that zipping the file will drastically reduce the size.

Sorry, I’m in my crazy final year at vet school here. I’ll dig up and zip the diag file from this game for you after I finish work today.

I did want to report that on the more-recent version I’ve not had this bug since.  The few times thing have stuck, just reverting one turn is enough to get the game moving again.

I’ll still send the diag, though.  It was the 12/9/19 build for this particular save.

Update:  Hi, here's my oldest Diag file I still had.  I've played a bit since that particular locked game so it's overwritten the file from 12th.  Sorry!
