Spoils of War act adds dust instead of detracting[solved]

So just randomly notices playing Nakalim in Awakening DLC and using Spoils of War militarist act (+100 Rp +100Dust per destroyed CP -20% dust production) actually adds dust production instead of stated penalty of -20%. Then im terminating the act my income plunges from +128 to -689.

You didn't destroy CP? Which would then also plunge your Dust.

Just abolished law and got dust in the negative - no fleet was destroyed this turn.

That's because the law does not  reduce your dust per turn but rather your military upkeep.


If you look closely at the symbol used you will notice a sliver taken out of the coin. That is the symbol for upkeep, whereas the symbol for dust is a whole coin. They are rather similar so it's an easy mistake to make.

This explains everything i got massive amount of ships around.  Never realised it is a bonus.
