So I went above and beyond and simple gifted 44K dust from academy grants not only in a single session but also single transaction, I later reloaded and tried to give my own dust aswell.

I also tried giving the dust in smaller increments, always as master of dust.

Nothing seems to make it work.

We're working on fixing the achievements (among other things). Unfortunately, it's caused some other issues as we were working on it, such as unlocking the "Laying Down the Law" achievement for just about everybody who started the game, so we'll need a little longer to get this fixed.
