I don't know if this is only because I have animation speeds turned up, but whenever my fleets arrive at a planet to orbit there will be 2 fleet icons on the screen for a moment. The icon "in flight" arriving at the planet, and the icon "in orbit" after it arrived. It's a minor visual only bug, but in case noone has reported it here it is.

I have the same. It bugs me.

Also:

When the 'double' fleet moves in the starlane, sometimes they don't make the nice turn, but just spawn in front of the starlane and shoot away.

This has been around since Penumbra beta. I think it has something to do with the implementation of cloaked fleet ui.
