Same as ever, i can not end the turn and the game stuck at the pending after i passed the turn.

I got the same problem  together with unability to accept hero skill changes and adding anything to systems queue.  In my save after 4+ clicks game wont register mouse clicks on add queue and hero accept skill changes at all 1.sav On next turn after save file game wont accept mouse clicks on hero accept skill change button and adding items to queue after 4-5 accept clicks in diplomacy/hero skills. And next end turn never happen.
