also, i dont know if its relevent, but it was with a custom faction using nakalim affinity and visual, but i dont think any changes i made from baseline nakalim should be  relevent to this situation.

I also encountered this exploit in my first run through as the Nakalim. I also found out that each time you reconvert the system to an academy system it counts toward your total conquest systems. Meaning, if you convert the same system 5 times through this exploit, you get 5 permenant systems added to your total systems for the conquest victory, despite it being only 1 system.
