The overview on the left shows my total number of sleepers to be 14, but there are only 11 to be found on the map. These are definitely the only two systems where I have sleepers.

I've taken a quick look at your save:

If you look at the details of Wasat, you can see that the "missing" three sleepers have boarded civilian transports and are about to leave the system at the end of turn to move somewhere else, so they are not considered part of that system's population at the moment.

Ah, I didn’t think of that being a possibility. That makes sense, but I’d still prefer if the numbers would add up. :-)
