Yep, with "Scrap kings" law via Riftborns eco line - same problem

It seems that a lot of major unique quest laws are not working within the major races, how close is this to fixing ?

As long as I know, the modder and community member Kuma did fix (same with bug about Riftborn outposts, using Hyperium to speed up outpost construction) it in his mod -> Enhanced 

Space 2 - Community bug fix and balance mod

Sadly we have no ETA from devs, when to expect next patch. At least the community would have deserved to get a useful hotfix past Awakening DLC, what came along with new bugs. Not understandable, because many of the bugs doesn't even need a lot of time (=ressources) to get fixed...

Ouch, I know they're busy with the new game but I can't believe they won't put out a hotfix for it.  This is a significant regression  :(
