Please give me advice either I saw it wrong or it is not moving forward.

Its says: something wrong when I try to add the diagnositcs file, I use the button: upload file

Should I had to reload the game or something cause now it went forward with the research. Cause i played the game for a couple of hours.

If you get that message, the file is probably too large, which is usually an indicator of a severe bug (e.g. your research not properly processing.)

However, since there are many very similar entries in the diagnostics file, compressing it with winzip, winrar, 7zip, etc should significantly reduce the size.

And I wonder when I saw this at the end of my game. A drop from everyone with the stats.. for a couple of turns I guess... Could this be related?

I can second that this is happening.

Yes, the score graph dropping to 0 is a known symptom of this. When the turns fail to process, that also skips the score calculation and defaults to 0.
