While playing, on some systems, some Improvements don't show the Effects section. I know them all by memory so i'm not sure if the stop and reapear and stop showing again. But it's a bug, not something i changed in the options.

And yeah, some Improvements don't show the effects and others (in the same system) do.

We're aware of the problem. We've been trying to fix it for a long time, but since we do not have reliable reproduction steps, we have so far been unable to locate the true cause of this.
