so i play a number of games with the new patch, and it's seem to have same un consistent with how an hero-assignment"  is work

as you may know, you can assign hero to a fleet on the first turn. and then group AND un-group him with other ship is a fleet.

so when i played with the new race. on every time I un-group my hero from the fleet. is "next-assignment count-down" was set beck to 8 turn. no metter how mush turn left.
at first I thought it was the intention, but then I played with the empire. and i didn't have this problem. i could regroup the hero as mush as I wanted. with out the count-down been reset.
but today i start a game with the sophons, and i have the same problem again with the assigment.

I may had missed something, but is it intentional? and if so, i think it should add atleat an in game message about it

I don't have the same problem with your fleet.

First stating the obvious:

You don't use this button, right?

If not, i could re-assign as much as i want, using this button, with the ship selected:

ok... try and click on the hero. and then creat a new fleet FROM the hero ship. you shuld see the problem

just test it with on a differet cumputer. still the same.

as you can see, now the hero need to wait 8 turn befor re-assign.
but if I creat a new fleet FROM the science ship. it say i need to wait 4 turns.
now im sure it's not intention

so the prublem is to creat a new fleet FROM the hero ship it self
