Is this a bug? My understanding is that you unlock Independent Laws at the pace of your Leading Political Party, but I am Entrenched in my Leading Party and dont have access to the Entrenched Independent Laws (Larger Hosts Bill & Safe Skies Bill) ...

Can I get some feedback on this one? Am I not understanding how Independent Laws are unlocked, or is this a bug?

Indipendent laws have a different Experience bars from political parties laws.

If you click on a law you didn't unlock yet you can see there is a little line that indicatete how much you still need to unlock the law.

You get experience every election as political paries laws, but how don't know how much experience you get every election and what depends on..

Polical parties laws experience depend on the power of the poilical parties as you already probably know, as indipendent laws I have no idea the factors that give more or less experience.

Thanks. I'll have to watch that more closely to see what I can make of it. The line you point to I wasn't thinking as my current status (as you point out), instead I thought it was the trigger for when the law unlocks, and then the solid white bar was how far my faction had progressed - but it must be the opposite.
