I've built a Behemoth for the purpose of rebuilding planets but it isn't working. The planet reconstruction option doesn't work at all. Could you fix this with the next patch?

Which planet are you attempting to reconstruct? There are some planets, e.g. Harrow, on which Planetary Reconstruction does not work by design.

I also have a terraforming Behometh that cannot terraform the following planet:

This is not a unique planet and I have all the relevant techs (as above), though the tool tip says, "Missing technology Climate Engineering"....

Every game has a system with no star and one dead unterraformable planet. No one knows what is it for. It's not attached to any known quests.
