Summary / Title: The AI won't let the turn end unless a truce is made with the Sophons.
Description: The Vodyani (you), Riftborn, and Umbral Choir are in an alliance which is at war with the Sophons. The Sophons are In Talks with the Nakalim and won't ever exit the talks unless you make a truce.
Steps to Reproduce: No idea. Maybe it's related to the Nakalim not being able to trade technology? Maybe the Sophons are trying to make a desperation alliance and are offering the Nakalim a tech that they can't accept?
Reproducibility: Once
Expected Behavior: The AI completes talks and lets the turn end no matter whether you make a truce or not.
Version: 1.5.10 patch preview
