I've checked your save, and all the trade routes seem to be operating just fine, even the ones through the Horatio-controlled Rhea.

Just checked that save:

The trade routes starting in Cilphi are correctly blockaded, as they are trying to run through a pirate system. However, the Scan View does not reflect this, so there seems to be a display error.

Which come to think of it, might sound better with a plural.
So to sum it up:

  1. The "ignorance" does not apply, in the first save it did not apply an enemy system (at least in my original experience), in the second it does not apply to a pirate system.
  2. Scan view does not reflect the state of blockade
  3. There is a potential "typo" in population description text and we could do with adjustment from "Trading Route" to "Trading Routes".

I think the "blockades" part refers to enemy fleets blockading your routes, not enemy systems. I would have to double-check that with the designers, though.

Never understood how unfriendly systems can passively blockade a route.
