Summary / Title: Independent, faction laws not appearing as an option.
Description: Upon completing the Sophon second to last quest, none of the laws are available regardless of choice. Similar minor faction laws from population bonuses do not appear.
Steps to Reproduce: 1. Complete an event or quest line that yields a special or faction specific law. 2. Check to see if law is present or not.
Reproducibility: 5/5
Expected Behavior: Laws being available.
Version: 1.5.10 S5 GOLD public
Notes Have yet to check is disabling Awakening effects such.

Kuma did fix this bug within his mod: Enhanced Space 2 - Community bug fix and balance mod

In case you don't like the cool gameplay improvements coming along with Kumas mod (still work in progress), you can download my mod (Kuma allowed me to extract his bug fixes for vanilla game) here: BugFix v1.0
