• Summary / Title: The game gets stuck on pending turn, probably due to attempting to hold an election during Anarchy.
• Description: My government changed to Federation and then was forcibly hacked into a different government on the same turn. The election was attempted to be held, but there are no options and the only way to get past the election screen is to skip it. The turn then infinitely pends.
• Steps to Reproduce: 1. Have your main system hacked and your government forcibly changed on the same turn that your government finishes changing and forces an election.
• Reproducibility: Once, due to being a massive coincidence.
• Expected Behavior: No elections are held due to anarchy, the pending turn doesn't hang.
