As the title says, i too have had a single-player game with 6 bots become unresponsive on Turn 198 . 

I can look at the different menus, but whatever i click on, it only makes the sound effect but nothing else happens. If i press "End Turn", the same thing as described by others with the same issue happens. I have tried reloading the Auto-Saves 1 and even 2 Turns before that, but no matter what i do, the game always bugs out on Turn 198. 

I am aware multiple users have already reported having the same issue, but for the sake of providing my safe data for analysis, i made this thread.
