Should be quite self explanatory by the title. I've been trying to create a custom Nakalim race, but for some reason there is no option to select Nakalim population collection bonus, even while both Nakalim gameplay affinity and Nakalim visual affinity are selected. Trying to create a custom race with Nakalim as the base automatically selects them the Pacified Collection population bonus, and the list has every other option included except the original Nakalim collection bonus. 

The patch 1.5.8 release notes state a change; "Happy Augurs population trait can no longer be selected without the Nakalim affinity", which might have something to do with the issue.
