Yeah i did it. Pacifist Cravers.

• Summary / Title: If pacifists are in power while playing as Cravers and the pacifist law Trusted Broker (and potentially others) is enacted, Peace and Force Peace are no longer available in diplomatic screens.
• Description: If the user chooses to support the pacifists in an election, the pacifists will own the whole government and gain access to their laws. The base law allows forcing peace. After the base law has been enforced, the user can freely force peace on enemy empires (or use peace as a normal interaction). However, if the user decides to enact Trusted Broker first (or potentially other laws as well), the pacifist actions are no longer available in the diplomacy screen.
• Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Start a new game as Cravers with at least 1 other non-Craver empire
  2. Play until turn 20 and make sure to find the other empire
  3. After turn 20 in the elections, support the Pacifists
  4. With pacifists in power, go to the diplomacy screen, talk to the other empire and realize Peace and Force Peace are available
  5. Go to the Senate screen and enact the law Trusted Broker
  6. Go to the diplomacy screen again, talk to the other empire again and realize that Peace and Force Peace are no longer available

• Expected Behavior: While Pacifists are in power, even a Craver can have Peace or Forced Peace with other empires, independent of what laws he uses

• Notes It may well be that other (pacifist?) laws also have that effect. Please also check for that. I also played to the next turn after elections (turn 22) without enacting any laws and the peaceful interactions were still available. The issue is not end-turn, but related to laws.
