No news from the dev team ?

I asked to Sega, Steam and even Microsoft for my Surface and everybody is saying, please check with the dev team in charge. It's bug from the game

Do other games work fine?

Maybe try another game with the unity engine?

I've taken a look at the files, but unfortunately the only related error I find is an entry "VideoStateManager : Device lost" in the diagnostics, and I do not have the technical know-how to identify the cause of this. I'll try to find out more, but can't promise when I may have an answer.

Update/Progress: After some messing around I have determined that the issue can be byassed by turning off the device Wifi/disconnecting from the internet. By doing this, the game is able to successfully load to the main menu.

However, once you're at the main menu, the game still crashes once connected back to the internet, but in a delayed sort of way. So approximately 10 seconds or so after connecting back to the internet, the game will crash. (I even had time to click on "join" and see a list of the active games I could publically join right before it crashed).

What's up with this? Seems like a network related proccess issue or something wrong with Steam? Any insight/help? I'll repost in the other forum for added visibility since this one seems long dead.
