Apologies if this has already been reported, but I couldn't find a thread about this specific issue.

The achievements for unlocking entire technology quadrants don't seem to be working (unless I am misunderstanding them). These 4 achievements are:

Cornering the Market

Stellar Utopia

The Art of War

Brains Over Brawn

Note, I don't have the Awakening or Penumbra DLCs. Here is a save where the achivement for the military quadrant should have triggered, but didn't:

Horatio.sav

Same issue here, with just the Art of War achievement. The others seem to work just fine.

I only have the Vaulters DLC.
