• Summary / Title: Game crash on turn start

• Description: Im quite positive Its the completion of the quest 'collaboration or cataclysm part 2' thats the cause.  I'm one turn away from destroying a node that will finish the quest on the Bracia system. Press end turn, it calculates, ends the turn, and starts to load stuff for the next turn. I see a few graphics of the remaining nodes exploding in a red cloud ( I assume its to do with the rest of the nodes exploding for quest completion) and the game crashes.  
• I've loaded a few times and same result each time, also tried ending turn with different fleet positions, planet build queue, diplomacy, etc.  have also tried turning graqhic options down in options menu.
• Only thing that works is if I move my fleet off the bracia system and end the turn ( no hero fleet - quest cant complete). If I then more the fleet back to the Bracia system and end the next turn, it crashes again.

• Steps to Reproduce: End turn with hero fleet present on Bracia system
