• Summary / Title: Alt-click build command does not work for some build items
• Description: When using Alt+click on a build menu item or in-system anomaly investigation, the item is prioritised and is listed at the top of the build queue. A normal click of the item puts it at the bottom of the build queue. This is applied inconsistently. It works for regular system improvements or investigating anomalies. It does not work for terraforming, planet specialisations, colonising within an owned system, or reducing the effects of an anomaly
