  • Description: The tooltips are wrong for hovering over luxury resources on the Galaxy View screen. The text states "Effects within a System Development upgrade", but the bonus listed is for the per-population bonus that you would expect from the Star System View screen. Strategic resources show an identical behaviour, which is stranger, as only Vaulters can apply this bonus to a System Development upgrade (this bug appears for both Vaulters and non-Vaulters).

  • Expected Behavior: The System Development bonus should be shown for luxury resources, and the strategics bonus should probably be removed for non-Vaulters. And fixed for Vaulters
