You did a great job with Polish translation, but as I read all the text I found several odd words.

(1)
This is a general bug in all translations.
In the event screen 'System Relics: Pre-Galactic Markers' in the last sentence the name of empire is not translated,
probably is not 'tagged' and the bug is in all languages.

Traitor's Reach has been translated to:
'Zasięg Zdrajcy' which is odd in the context.

I propose changing to:
'Kres Zdrajcy', similar to the name used in Spanish version.

In the quest screen 'Solo Quest Started: Chapter 3. No Turning Back' the last sentence has a typo:
'Wybieraj ostrzenie, gdyż nie będzie już odwrotu.',
but it probably should be:
'Wybieraj ostrożnie, gdyż nie będzie już odwrotu.'
The word 'ostrzenie' (which meants 'sharpening') is just wrong in that sentence.

Eventually, the whole sentence could be translated from english as it is.
'Whatever you choose, there will be no turning back.' in polish is:
'Cokolwiek wybierzesz, nie będzie już odwrotu.'
