Ark Meditation Module still wont allow arks to be created

I was just testing it today and I still can't make an Ark with a meditation module equipped. I know the workaround but I just figured it would have been fixed by now. Also, why doesn't the Meditation Module show up on the tech tree?

Can you specifiy whta is the problem. I can see the meditation modul in the tech tree and I can build an Ark with it like I would expect it to work.

Strange, just tested it and it worked fine for me.


The ark design with the module is queued up.


The ark design itself with the module in the red circle.



The module appears in the tech tree.


The ark that was just built with the module. 



Made a whole new ark design with just the meditation module.

Queued it up.


Next turn it still appeared.



As a note: I have every dlc there is, and perhaps its something to do with the module conflicting somewhere in the files because you don't have a dlc??? But that is only a guess.

For some reason, my game doesn`t see the meditation module. I only have the vaulters DLC and I have reinstalled a few times. Anyone know if I have to download something to see the Module?

Not sure, I'd check release notes for when it was added. Most likely it is wrongfully tied to a dlc and not the base game, or something like that.

Confirmed bug in my game: v1.5.11 played in vanilla with all updates, but expansions turned off - vaulters, penumbra, supremasy, awakening. 

Installation consists everything except Awakening.

I believe it is tied to penumbra since it was released very close together! As cool as the DLC`s are I'm not looking to buy DLC to fix a bug lol
