Pressed 'End Turn' and the animation for processing the next turn happened, but nothing changed once it finished.

Best method of reproduction for testing would be loading "Bugged Somehow" and pressing 'End Turn,' though i believe this won't be sufficient if exiting out and loading the file again caused the problem to go away for the moment. Thus, I've provided multiple saves from around when I encountered the bug to potentially aid in troubleshooting.

Reloading the save makes it work again, but diagnostics should give the idea of what went wrong.
