I am currently playing with the Vodyani , and while the Religious were the leading party in a federation, I am suddenly in a state of anarchy in one turn and now the Scientists have taken over (without me being able to participate in an election); How is that supposed to happen ? All of my systems are in a good approbation state so... Is there something I missed ?

What happened to you is the option "Topple Government" listed in part "Hacking Homes".
