I just make my first run with the (magnificent) Umbral Choir and seems that at least one bonus population (hacking speed) isn't applied : 

Is there a reason for this to not display or is it a bug ?

Reproducibility: 10/10

Version: 1.5.11 S5 (all DLCs and updates, no mods)

Attachments: Save i19_open_for_science_victory.sav

It's a  known bug. You can fix it with this Steam workshop mod, what fixes some other annoying bugs, too: BugFix v1.0

You're welcome. The answer is: I never tried to. Can you check out, if it's possible to add the mod in your running game/save file?

I can confirm that mods are not compatible with vanilla system saves; I know mods mechanics in vg but not especially on ES2 though so maybe there's something to tweak to make it works.
