  • On 213 AI stuck in negotiations. Hit end turn, AI all marked Ready, end turn cycle never completes.

  • Load attached save file for turn 213. Hit End Turn.

  • This occurs every time I load the save, no matter what I do on turn 213 or turn 212.
• Expected Behavior: 
  • Turn ends.

  • All DLC loaded

  • Ran "Verify integrity of game files"
