Hello!

So i picked the 1st level of the ability "Crowd Controller" and then found that I've got only 1% of influence bonus instead of 10% which is stated in the tooltip.

Maybe my math is somehow wrong so please explain to me the numbers on the screenshots. Or fix either the game math or the tooltip.

It appears this is broken in the code. The Simulation Descriptors for the skill tree code shows -20% overpopulation and overcolonization penalties, and +10% system influence "from hissho bonus", and it seems the code for the from hissho bonus was broken.
