I ran into an issue that involved the academy and another faction.

It appeared as though the academy invaded a system (and won - the ground forces were decimated).

But the game wouldn't move on to the next turn.  There was some kind of loop going on that involved peaceful conversion of the system.  It would show as under the adademy's control then revert to the faction (and keep repeating this.).

Happen to anyone else?
